those roughs i went through before the feel's back by darkn2ght those roughs i went through before the feel's back by darkn2ght
... ...

so as you all see, it isn't just taking up a pencil and voila, you have a finished drawing :XD:;;;--- it's drawing again and again, trying numerous times till one gets the right feels sometimes. esp when u know there IS something wrong with the drawing, so like as not, you have to face that fact n-n;

these are all the roughs before i get this one done:

I usually need at least one warm up drawing before things start to work. I normally scrunch it up in a rage before I start the next drawing.

not bad, but i'll tell you this, multiple drafts, roughs are a sign of weakness (can be dealt with by practice) the tough artist just deals with it, takes the photo no matter how messed up it is and makes something out of it.

This must have taken a whole lot of time to get done with all those sketches and finally the final product using a pencil.

Digital is different. You and I know that for digital, it's easier to rub and save paper. If you make a mistaken, you can CTRL+Z all the way. LOL! And you can save it as a rough and still draw another pose if you don't like it without using paper!

And hor... the rough... you can draw ON it using layers! It's environmental friendly!
