I was joking, this is the awaken ver of  Youko (妖狐） from the mobile app game 陰陽師 Onmyouji. His original draft looked kind of plain just holding a regular fan, so i substituted it with Seimei's fan  
Actually he has two awaken skins in the game, but i like blue more than red, because he looks more badass and sassy in blue somehow, complimenting his true nature. 
The game's in Chinese and Japanese, don't think it has English version yet.
